The room was good and complete with a very nice garden, I had everything needed. Coffee and tea making facilities, a toaster, and an oven were a big plus. The location was good and the staff were amiable. Soup restaurant Giraffe Stop was located 10 minutes walk away.
Wi-Fi was weak, made me a little nervous.

I stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed it. All of the staff were very nice and amicable. My bungalow was nice. the location was particularly good, relatively close to Seattle Waterfront. the hotel was in a central area, very close to the beach and Koh Chang.

clean - great location inbetween other beaches - friendly and helpful staff - good value for money - quiet and peaceful atmosphere - a mix of nature and accommodation - enjoyed the view from the bungalow and the beach - luggages reached us promptly - provided alternative accommodation

We got great value for our money with a sea view cottage at Ban_Na in Koh Chang. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the owner was always available to assist us.
The breakfast items could have been more varied and appetizing.

What a gem! The hotel's private beach area was like having my own slice of paradise. I spent the day snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters, feeling like a fish in the sea. The breathtaking mountain view from my balcony made me feel like I was on top of the world.
Maintenance needed.

The view of the tiny lake with water lilies was awesome. Snorkeling at the small stone beach with corals was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. The dining area had convenient kitchen facilities.
